Forgot Password

1. Tap the “Forgot password” link on the “Login” screen and navigate to the “Reset password” screen.

1. Enter your email address associated with your user account and tap “Send code”.

1. Receive a recovery code to the entered email address and enter that code on the “Enter recovery code” screen.

2. The code expires in 2 minutes.

3. If you didn’t receive the code or 2 minutes expired, tap “Re-send”.

4. Upon successful verification, navigate to the “Set new password” screen to enter a new password and tap “Reset password”.**

1. You can view the Password while or after typing it by tapping the “Eye” icon.

2. Now you can log in to your account using the new password.
